In particular::<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide non-competitive opportunities to get out on the water and engage in the sport of rowing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be open to anyone who wants to join<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide all its services to members in a way that is fair and equal to everyone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure more and less skillful rowers are, as far as reasonably practicable treated even-handedly for access to facilities and other purposes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure a duty of care to all Members of the Club.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The GBRC was originally incorporated as a CIC in March 2024, and converted to a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO, Charity number: 1211681) in January 2025.
